1 - SERVICES AND CONCLUSION OF AGREEMENT: These General Conditions of Service ("GCS"), regulate the supply to user/s ("User/s") of the service offered by Deus Media Ltd., whose registered office is in Suite 7. 32 Evelyn Garden, London.

2 - SERVICE: With this service Deus Media Ltd. provide Users with competent information to assist them in the purchasing of products and services online. The service is offered by providing links to allow users to access the product or service they are searching for in a accurate manner.

3 - REGISTRATION PROCEDURE - USER ID AND PASSWORD: From time to time Dada reserves the possibility to ask Users to register to the Service or to send their comments on the Service. In the course of completing the Service registration procedures, the Users undertakes to provide his/her personal data accurately and truthfully. The User undertakes to immediately inform Deus Media Ltd. of any change in the personal data. If the User communicates inexact or incomplete data, Deus Media Ltd. reserves the right to suspend the Service until the User rectifies these errors. Upon the first request for activation of the Service by the User, Deus Media Ltd. will assign him/her a User ID and Password. The User recognizes that these User ID's and Passwords constitute the system for validation of Customer access to the Service. The Parties recognize and agree that these User ID's and Passwords constitute the only adequate means for identifying the User when he/she accesses the Service. Therefore, the User agrees that all acts performed through use of the aforementioned User ID and Password shall be attributed to him/her and shall be binding on him/her. The User recognizes that he/she has sole and exclusive responsibility for the acts performed through use of his/her User ID and Password, and promises to keep them secret, safeguard them with due care and diligence, and not to provide them to others, even on a temporary basis.

5 - USE OF THE SERVICES AND USER LIABILITY: The User undertakes to use his/her best efforts to compy with the provisions and commitments pursuant to these General Term and Conditions. In the event there will be important reasons indicating that the User utilization could compromise the quality, stability and security of the Service offered, Deus Media Ltd. is entitled to interrupt the Service supply with a, also via email, 48 hour prior written notice. The User furthermore undertakes not to use the Services for illegal purposes, and not to violate any applicable national and international norms or regulations in any way. Deus Media Ltd. reserves the right to suspend the Service immediately if, in its final opinion or upon report by others, it believes that the User engages in activities in violation of the obligations envisaged in this contract. In this case, the User, either upon being informed by Deus Media Ltd. via e-mail or otherwise, must immediately eliminate the causes for complaint or furnish adequate documentation proving his/her full compliance with the applicable norms governing his/her activity. If it does not receive an immediate reply, Deus Media Ltd. will have the right to terminate this agreement immediately. without prejudice to its right to take action for full indemnification of the damages that it might have sustained. The User recognizes that he/she is solely and exclusively responsible for the activities performed through the Service or directly or indirectly attributable to him/her. Therefore, Deus Media Ltd. cannot be considered liable in any way for criminal, civil, and administrative wrongdoing committed by the User using the Service. The User undertakes to indemnify and, in any event, hold Deus Media Ltd. harmless against any action, complaint, claim, cost, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, that it might sustain due to failure by the User to respect his/her assumed obligations and the warranties offered upon acceptance of these General Term and Conditions.

6 - LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY OF Deus Media Ltd.: Any and all information published on this site is provided for information purposes only. Deus Media Ltd. assumes no liability for the accuracy of the information published on this site. The use of the information is at the userr’s own risk. Deus Media Ltd. further disclaims any liability for any damage or injury resulting from the use of this information. If the Service is interrupted, Deus Media Ltd. undertakes to restore the Service as quickly as possible. The User also agrees that Deus Media Ltd. may not be held liable for acts or omissions committed by the User and in conflict with the obligations assumed by the latter pursuant to these General Term and Condition, just as it cannot be held liable for malfunctions deriving from defects in the means necessary for access, improper use thereof, and/or the procedures for access to the service by the User or others. Deus Media Ltd. cannot be held liable in any way vis-à-vis the User or others for loss of profit, lost earnings, or any other form of loss of anticipated profits or indirect and consequential damage connected with performance of these contract. The customer agrees that the Service may be suspended, cancelled or transferred on request of the Authority to which the Service is subject.

7 - AMENDMENTS TO THIS GENERAL TERM AND CONDITION: Deus Media Ltd. reserves the right to amend these General Term and Conditions, with communication to the User at least 30 days in advance via e-mail. The User agrees that this notice can also be served through the General Notices to Users published on this site.

8 - COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE PARTIES: Except as expressly envisaged otherwise, the Parties agree to use electronic mail to send the notices that are required or to be served pursuant to these General Term and Conditions.

9 - INTELLECTUAL AND/OR INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS: Deus Media Ltd. remains the sole holder of property rights and rights to economic exploitation of inventions and programs (including software, documentation and written programs, studies, etc.) and whatever else was prepared, realized, or developed by means of the Service.

10 - GOVERNING LAW AND COURT OF JURISDICTION: This Agreement is governed by the laws of U.K. The Court of Florence shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any controversy involving or deriving from this Agreement or its performance.
